Wow what an experience, what an adventure we share with Tom!

In the begining it was already incredible, andthen it intensified with the daily yoga practice…
And then I discover the holotropic breathing. The objective of this pratice is to experience Oneness… after Tom’s explanation we went into it. We started with normal meditation, with the guidance of Tom… Then came the breathing exercises. They induce an altered state of consciousness and free emotions… It was an amazing experience… More details here 😉
